About Me

Hello. My name is Tracy.

My passion for homeopathy began when I was a young teacher suffering from recurring bouts of respiratory infections. After my first homeopathic prescription, I was astonished and delighted to find that my sinuses cleared rapidly without my usual recourse to antibiotics.

Since my daughter was born I have seen the benefits of preventative homeopathy at first hand. Despite her allergic family history, she has not yet shown any signs of eczema or hay fever. There have been various typical childhood illnesses, but she recovers from them quickly, and has rarely needed time off school.

Originally from the West Midlands, I have lived in London for more than 25 years. My first career was in primary teaching; I still work two days a week at a school near my home. I moved to Tower Hamlets with my husband over twelve years ago; it is where both of our children were born. We love the diversity and community in the east end and feel that we have put down roots here.

I run my practice from Bodywise Natural Health Centre in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets. I treat men, women and children, for everything from coughs and colds to acne, eczema and asthma, through to PMS, thyroid imbalances and emotional difficulties, using homeopathy, herbs and flower essences.

A range of practical talks and workshops are available, including how to use homeopathy during childbirth. If you belong to a group, and would like a talk about homeopathy, please contact me to discuss possible topics and arrange a date.

I love my work and take a warm, supportive and practical approach. I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them over time to improve their health and vitality, offering them a real alternative to, or support for their conventional treatment.

When I'm not busy with my homeopathy practice, I like to spend time with family and friends, work in my garden or allotment, and keep fit through swimming, yoga and cycling. I am also involved in with my local cycling group, Tower Hamlets Wheelers, and the East End WI.
